This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, store, and share information when you use our website, application, APIs, and services.
1. Information We Collect
We collect information to provide, maintain, and optimize our Buy Box monitoring and price intelligence services:
- Account Information: When you register via Google Sign-In or email OTP, we collect your name, email address, and profile picture provided by your identity provider.
- Monitored ASINs & Listing Data: Amazon ASINs, product URLs, registered seller merchant names, and competitor listings that you configure for monitoring.
- Public Marketplace Data: Publicly available pricing, featured merchant names, stock availability, and offer counts retrieved from public Amazon product pages across global Amazon domains.
- Alert Destination Data: Webhook URLs, Slack webhook endpoints, Telegram chat IDs, or notification email addresses that you configure to receive price change alerts.
- Billing Information: Payment processing is handled securely via Razorpay. We do not store full credit card numbers, CVVs, or sensitive payment credentials on our servers.
2. Google User Data & OAuth Compliance
Buyboxo's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
When you authenticate with Google Sign-In, Buyboxo requests access only to standard OpenID identity scopes (openid, email, profile) to authenticate your identity and create your isolated organization account. We do not sell your personal data, nor do we transfer or disclose Google user data to third parties for advertising or data brokers.
3. How We Use Information
We use the collected information solely for the following business purposes:
- To authenticate your access to your multi-tenant workspace on Buyboxo.
- To automatically check your monitored Amazon ASINs and alert you when you lose the Buy Box or are undercut.
- To dispatch instant notifications to your configured alert channels (Slack, Telegram, Email, Webhook).
- To generate aggregated price history charts and discrepancy reports.
- To process billing, invoices, and subscription renewals via Razorpay.
4. Data Storage & Multi-Tenant Security
Buyboxo is built on Cloudflare Edge infrastructure (Workers, Durable Objects, D1, and R2). Every user workspace is strictly partitioned by organization ID (org_id). We implement industry-standard encryption in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest.
5. Third-Party Service Providers
We share information only with trusted infrastructure providers necessary to operate our service:
- Cloudflare: Edge computing, database storage, and DDoS protection.
- Razorpay: PCI-DSS compliant subscription billing and payment processing.
- Google Identity Services: Secure OAuth authentication.
- Transactional Email (Resend): Delivery of urgent Buy Box loss email alerts.
6. Data Retention & Deletion
We retain your monitored listings and snapshot history for as long as your account is active. You may delete individual products, alert channels, or your entire workspace at any time directly from the settings dashboard. Upon request, all associated snapshots and data will be permanently purged within 30 days.
