Terms of Service
Welcome to Buyboxo. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) constitute a binding legal agreement between you (“Customer”, “User”, or “you”) and Buyboxo (“Buyboxo”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), governing your access to and use of buyboxo.com, app.buyboxo.com, and related monitoring APIs and alert services.
By accessing or using Buyboxo, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you are entering into these Terms on behalf of a company or legal entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity.
1. The Service
Buyboxo is an edge-native SaaS platform designed for Amazon marketplace brands, agencies, and sellers. The service monitors public Amazon product detail pages across global marketplaces to track Buy Box ownership, competing merchant offers, and price variations, dispatching automated alerts through configured channels (Slack, Telegram, email, webhooks).
2. Accounts and Registration
To access the platform, you must create an account using Google Sign-In or verified email authentication. You agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete registration information.
- Maintain the security and confidentiality of your login credentials.
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use or security compromise of your account.
3. Subscriptions, Fees & Payment (Razorpay)
Certain features of Buyboxo require a paid subscription. Billing is managed through our authorized payment partner, Razorpay:
- Recurring Billing: Subscriptions renew automatically on a monthly or annual billing cycle unless canceled prior to the renewal date.
- Taxes: All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes (including Goods and Services Tax / GST) unless explicitly stated otherwise.
- Cancellations & Refunds: You may cancel your subscription at any time via your workspace settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid billing term. Fees already paid are non-refundable except where mandated by applicable consumer protection laws.
4. Acceptable Use Policy
You agree not to use Buyboxo to:
- Violate any applicable local, national, or international law or regulation.
- Attempt to probe, scan, or breach the security of Buyboxo or Cloudflare infrastructure.
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or copy the proprietary algorithms of Buyboxo.
- Resell, sublicense, or rent access to the platform without prior written consent.
5. Intellectual Property
Buyboxo and its software, logos, trademarks, and documentation are the exclusive property of Buyboxo. Amazon, ASIN, and related marks are trademarks of Amazon.com, Inc. or its affiliates; Buyboxo is an independent monitoring tool and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Amazon.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
Buyboxo is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis. While we maintain high-availability edge infrastructure and stealth scraping pipelines, we do not warrant that marketplace data will be error-free or uninterrupted, as e-commerce marketplaces frequently update their page structures and rate limits.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Buyboxo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, sales, or business interruption arising out of or related to your use of the service.
8. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material modifications by updating the “Last Updated” date on this page and notifying active account administrators.
9. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Chennai, India.
